TEACHER TRAINING
A core value of Encounter Christianity is supporting teachers in their delivery of RE lessons by building confidence in subject knowledge and also creative ways of engaging children in discussion and critical thinking.
As of January 2021, we have been able to offer primary schools the opportunity to develop the quality of their RE lessons through our first FREE teacher training session:
‘Engaging Children through Creative RE Lessons’
In this session, we walk you through the sort of structure one of our sessions might follow and take time to think about activities and ideas for how to engage children with their learning.
